年夜飯後，媽媽拉住嫂子說有事，卻吩咐我和哥哥，去收拾那堆小山似的杯盤碗盞。

我們好不容易拾掇清爽，人家婆媳已坐在陽臺搖椅上品茶了。我大叫道：「這不公平，專門欺負我們這些沒婆婆疼的人！」一家人都笑了起來。哥哥打趣說：「你眼饞也沒用，她們是天賜的婆媳緣。」媽媽歎息道：「緣分不是天賜的，是自己修來的。」

媽媽說：如果婆媳相處融洽，全家都如沐春風；婆媳關係緊張，連左鄰右舍都不得安寧。所以，她常給那些找她取經的准婆婆們一些忠告(6點)：

1．請不要把媳婦當「敵人」，要當她是親人。

這個女孩也是父母手心裏的寶，她為愛而來，不是為作戰而來。她靦腆地叫你媽，請你大方地疼愛她。你在她心上種一粒溫存，兒子心裏就會結一樹幸福。

2．請不要把媳婦當「僕人」，要把她當作女人。

不要一結婚就告誡她應該做好一切家務。她有她的工作，作為女人，她更需要呵護和支援。請允許他們小夫妻「你煮粥來我做菜」，「你拖地來我洗衣」。

3．請不要把媳婦當「外人」。

她身體不適時、情緒不好時，請真心關愛她。要知道，當你有病痛時，最能貼身且貼心照顧你的人，不是笨手笨腳的兒子，而是兒媳婦。

4．不要把媳婦當成「超人」。

這女孩兒與你的兒子一樣，從小到大在學校專心念書，如今又在公司全力打拼。別苛求她十八般武藝樣樣精通，廚房廳堂都能玩得轉。她能做好一樣，你就該喝彩了。

5．請不要以家世、文憑等種種原因輕看媳婦。

婚姻二字，都有「女」字邊，輕看了媳婦，便是輕看了這樁好姻緣。女人心裏的溫度，決定著婚姻甜蜜的程度。

6．請保持長者的風度。

永遠不要在兒子面前說媳婦不好，他漫長的一生都要由這個女子陪他走完；請保持仁者的涵養，永遠不要在親家面前說媳婦不好，她如今也是你的家人；請保持智者的灑脫，永遠不要在外人面前說媳婦不好，這樣親人也會變外人。

我拍手叫好，嫂子給媽續了熱茶，含笑說：「其實，我也有幾條對媳婦的忠告(8點)呢！」我喜出望外，催她快講，以待我日後做參照。

1．請別把婆婆當「仇人」，當她是恩人。

她數十年嘔心瀝血培育一個男人，風華正茂時交與你。她付出了一個女人一生中最好的時光，請善待這個因愛相逢的人。

2．請別把婆婆當「天使」，當她是凡人。

你有困難時，別期望她忽然出現在雲端，救你於水火，難關一過，立刻自動消失。她如果能幫你，請感恩；如果不能，請寬容。

3．請別把婆婆當「老人」，要當她是「小人」。

每個女人，無論多滄桑，都擁有一顆童心。請常常誇獎她的氣質內涵，讚歎她的智慧才幹，哄她開心。

4．如果和婆婆有矛盾，請不要與她爭吵。

即使感情能夠重新彌合，縫補時依然會遭遇穿刺的痛。

5．如果和老公有矛盾，請不要讓婆婆知道。

無論是誰犯的錯，都不要狠心讓一個老人來埋單。

6．如果婆婆叮囑你加衣添飯，你可以不照她說的做，但請不要厭煩。

8．如果你做不了婆婆貼心的小棉襖，請做她的小手套。

女人的手似乎都很涼，年老了會更涼。請記得，有空時，握一握她青筋漸凸的手。用你的手，告訴那雙日漸老去的手：我愛你。

當然囉:兒子的薪水不該交給媳婦處理，女婿的薪水最好是全部都交給女兒任意使用。

12.媳婦的孩子不乖是媽媽沒教好，女兒的孩子不乖是是孫子調皮惹媽媽生氣。

13.媳婦的老公"惜某"是某奴，女兒的老公"惜某"是大丈夫。

14.媳婦出嫁最好跟娘家撇乾淨一點，女兒出嫁切不可忘了生身父母。

Capital Repayment to the shareholders of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad ("ECM") by way of capital reduction exercise in accordance with Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965 ("Capital Repayment"), the share split involving the subdivision of the ECM shares after the Capital Repayment ("Share Split") and the consolidation of the ECM shares after the Share Split ("Share Consolidation").

Remarks :- The distribution comprise distribution in cash of RM0.534, distribution-in-specie of 0.144 share in K&N Kenanga Holdings Berhad ("KNKH") and distribution-in-specie of RM0.057 nominal value of Redeemable Unsecured Loan Stocks issued by KNKH for each ECM share held on the Entitlement Date. The Capital Repayment is made in accordance with the capital reduction pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965. Following the Capital Repayment, the ECM shares will be subject to the Share Split and Share Consolidation.

Remarks :

The distribution comprise distribution in cash of RM0.534, distribution-in-specie of 0.144 share in K&N Kenanga Holdings Berhad ("KNKH") and distribution-in-specie of RM0.057 nominal value of Redeemable Unsecured Loan Stocks issued by KNKH for each ECM share held on the Entitlement Date. The Capital Repayment is made in accordance with the capital reduction pursuant to Section 64 of the Companies Act, 1965. Following the Capital Repayment, the ECM shares will be subject to the Share Split and Share Consolidation.

The ECM shares will be suspended from trading on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 28 February 2013 until completion of the Share Consolidation. An application will be made to Bursa Securities after the Share Consolidation for the re-quotation of the trading of ECM shares.

ECM shareholders are requested to refer to the Notice to Shareholders dated 20 February 2013 for the details of the suspension on trading and distribution.
